Do I need batteries for this lock?
No. Our locks are fully mechanical. No batteries, no wiring, no dead batteries at 2 a.m.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Anaheim, CA. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. We have a store at 2905 E Miral Oma Ave Suite 5 in Anaheim. Email us before you come so we can have your order ready for you.
What if my lock stops working?
Every lock comes with a 3‑year warranty. If something goes wrong, email support@aisecure.us with your order number, and we will replace or repair it.
Do I need a locksmith to install this?
No. We provide written and video installation guides, and our support team is available by email or phone to walk you through it.
Can I return a lock if I changed my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return the item in its original packaging. You pay return shipping unless the return is due to a defect.
Where is AISECURE located?
Our U.S. office and warehouse are in Anaheim, California. Our parent company, A‑Grade Lock Manufacture, has been making locks since 2010 and holds 38 U.S. patents.
Is your website secure to shop on?
Yes. Our site is secured with SSL encryption, and all payments are processed through Shopify‘s secure payment gateways.
