Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Orders are processed within one business day. If you place your order before 3:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), we will ship it the same day.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your distance from our Anaheim, CA warehouse. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

— Standard Shipping: $15.00 flat rate per order
— Free Shipping: On all orders of $75.00 or more

Carriers

We ship via UPS and USPS. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Domestic Only

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes at this time.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, check your email for a tracking link. If you don‘t see it within 2 business days, check your spam folder, then reach out to support@aisecure.us.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We‘ll file a claim with the carrier and sort out a replacement or refund.
