30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging with all original contents included. Installed products are accepted for return as long as the original packaging is retained. Items that have been modified, intentionally damaged, or show signs of misuse are not eligible.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
— If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
— If you are returning the item for any other reason (changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought as a gift), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@aisecure.us with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our Anaheim address.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Items that have been intentionally damaged or modified
