Step 1: Where is your lock located?

• Middle of the door (mortise area) → Continue to Step 2
• Bottom of the door (bottom rail) → You need the SK777 Bottom Rail Lock — the world's first keyless bottom rail replacement for CRL 777S, FHC R777, and ILCO BRL.

Step 2: What does your current lock look like?

• Has a handle/lever + lock body (mortise lock) → You have an MS1850-style lock. Continue to Step 3A.
• Has a latch bolt only, no handle (deadlatch) → You have a 4510-style lock. Continue to Step 3B.

Measure the distance from the center of your cylinder hole to the edge of the door — this is your backset. Common sizes are 31/32", 1-1/8", and 1-1/2". All EASILOK products are available in these three sizes.
