3-Year Limited Warranty
Every lock purchased directly from AISECURE.US comes with a 3-year warranty from the original date of purchase.
What We Cover
If your lock fails to perform as expected under normal residential or commercial use, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This coverage applies to manufacturing defects and material flaws that affect the lock‘s functionality.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty is void under the following conditions:
— The product lacks the AISECURE or EASILOK logo, or is determined to be counterfeit.
— The lock was improperly installed, or installation instructions were not followed.
— The product has been taken apart by someone who is not an authorized technician.
— Damage was caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, or physical damage (collisions, scratches, etc.).
— Exposure to extreme conditions (high heat, humidity, salt air, etc.) beyond normal use.
— Natural disasters, fires, floods, or other uncontrollable events.
— Issues unrelated to product design, manufacturing quality, or material defects.
What You Need to File a Claim
To start a warranty claim, send an email to support@aisecure.us with:
— Your original order number or proof of purchase (including the purchase date)
— A brief description of the issue
— Photos or video showing the problem (helpful but not required)
We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Repair or Replacement
At our discretion, we will either repair the lock or ship you a replacement. If we replace the product, the warranty on the replacement will cover the remainder of the original 3‑year period or 90 days — whichever is longer.
No Batteries to Worry About
Our locks are fully mechanical. You will never have a dead battery or a lock that fails during a power outage. If a mechanical lock fails, we will replace it. No jumpstarts. No excuses.
Original Owner Only
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to another owner.
